Frequently Asked Questions

How does MultiPortal pricing work?

MultiPortal pricing is based on the number of physical CPU sockets in the nodes or hosts connected to Proxmox. For example, if you have 10 physical servers, each with 2 CPU sockets, you would require 20 MultiPortal licenses. Licenses are billed in advance.

Yearly payments offer a 30% discount compared to monthly payments. Monthly payments provide greater flexibility, allowing you to adjust your license count more easily.

You can adjust your license count directly through our Customer Portal.

If you exceed your license count, MultiPortal enters a 30-day grace period during which a warning notice is displayed to Service Providers. After the grace period, the web portal will be disabled unless:
  1. The number of sockets is reduced to match the licensed count, or
  2. You increase your license count to cover the required sockets.
All licenses are billed in USD.
Yes, the Community Edition has the following limitations:
  • Only one Proxmox environment can be added.
  • A maximum of 4 CPU sockets is supported.
  • Branding is not available.
  • Support is community-based and provided on a best-effort basis.
No, we do not offer a free trial. However, we recommend testing MultiPortal using the Community Edition, which provides a limited feature set for evaluation purposes.
