How does MultiPortal pricing work?
MultiPortal pricing is based on the number of physical CPU sockets in the nodes or hosts connected to Proxmox. For example, if you have 10 physical servers, each with 2 CPU sockets, you would require 20 MultiPortal licence(s). Licence(s) are billed in advance.
How do I increase or decrease my licence count?
You can adjust your licence count directly through our Customer Portal.
What happens if I exceed my licence count?
- The number of sockets is reduced to match the licenced count, or
- You increase your licence count to cover the required sockets.
In what currency is MultiPortal billed?
Are there any limitations to the Community Edition of MultiPortal?
Yes, the Community Edition has the following limitations:
- Only one Proxmox environment can be added.
- A maximum of 4 CPU sockets is supported.
- A maximum of 2 reseller accounts is permitted.
- A maximum of 5 tenant accounts per reseller
- A maximum of a single VDC per tenant.
- A maximum of 10 virtual machines per tenant.
- Custom white-labelling is not available.
- Support is community-based and provided on a best-effort basis.
- Basic CloudInit functionality only, advanced features are disabled.
