How the pricing works
Four things worth knowing before you size an order
Priced per VM, from your own estate
You pay for the VMware VMs you move, counted from vCenter. Nothing is priced on sockets, cores or the size of your Proxmox VE cluster.
Prepaid, one time
Migration entitlement is bought up front, not as a subscription, and it is valid for 12 months. A migration is a project, so the price behaves like one.
Volume discounts apply automatically
Larger estates move to lower rates as they grow, and each rate applies only to the VMs in that range. There are no packs to size and nothing to forfeit.
Top up at the same rate
If you run out mid-project, Migrator prompts for a top-up instead of stopping a running job, and the top-up is priced exactly as the original order was.

Pricing questions
What counts as a VM?
One unique source VM. Entitlement is keyed to the VM itself, so migrating the same VM a second time, whether after a failure or a change of plan, does not consume another slot.
Are the 5 free VMs limited to one migration mode?
No. The free VMs run in any mode, including continuous replication with its near-instant cutover. It is 5 unique VMs per customer.
Do I have to pay to assess my estate?
No. Connecting sources and targets, refreshing inventory, building mappings and capturing assessments all work without a licence key. A key is only needed to create migrations.
What happens if I run out of entitlement?
Migrator soft-blocks new migrations and prompts you to top up. Jobs that are already running finish, and approving a cutover is never blocked.
Which currencies can I buy in?

Do you offer reseller or distributor pricing?

Is MultiPortal included?
No, they are separate products. Migrator moves workloads onto Proxmox VE; MultiPortal is the multi-tenant management platform, priced per CPU socket on its own pricing page.
1. Cold migrations work with any supported target storage. Warm and continuous migrations, the low-downtime modes, need snapshot-capable target storage. Migrator checks this when you create the migration and tells you at planning time, not at cutover.
